Slime block jumps in Minecraft parkour
Landing on a slime block bounces you back up, higher the faster you were falling, and you take no fall damage. Holding sneak as you land stops the bounce.
Slime is slightly slippery and slows you down while you walk on it.
The movement described here is Java Edition's; Bedrock's differs in places.
See it done: the record run on Slimy jumps, from checkpoint 2 to 3, in 3D. Watch the jump in 3D

Join play.parkour.gg on Java or Bedrock (how to join), then type a map's command to go straight to it. Where a map allows it, /fp practice lets you set your own checkpoints to train one jump; a finish in practice mode doesn't count.
